Company Information

Tony founded Cranswick Advisory Ltd in 1997, the name being drawn from a very pleasant wine Tony was drinking at that time.

The company name was changed to BoardSense Ltd in 2004 in recognition of the emphasis Tony places on sensible, practical governance.

The company has been engaged in providing a wide range of services to boards and chief executives. Services have included:

- governance workshops;

- strategic thinking sessions;

- board restructuring;

- board performance reviews;

- governance policies;

- risk management;

- performance management;

- review of board papers and minutes;

- board appointments and

- chair and CEO mentoring.
